Program Description

We know, not everyone loves a barbell, and since the benefits of high-intensity interval training can be programmed without that barbell we’ve added Move Classes and Running Classes to our weekly rotation.


These are bootcamp workout classes offered to give members who want a great workout without a barbell the same opportunity to achieve your fitness goals.
