What Is the Fit & Lean 8-Week Challenge?

Competition Overview:

  • Fat Loss Focus: Participants will compete to achieve the highest percentage of body fat loss over the 8-week challenge period.
  • InBody Scans (In-Person) and Tape Measure Measurements (Remote): We use precise metrics to measure your progress, ensuring accurate results.
  • Nutrition Coaching Seminar: Coach Sam will host an info-seminar about macros to provide valuable context to nutrition coaching.
  • Kick-Off Date: The challenge officially kicks off on Sunday, September 24, 2023.
  • Final Submission Date: All final numbers must be submitted by midnight EST, Sunday, November 19, 2023, to be eligible for the Grand Prize.
